Opposition Denies Hand in Abiriga Murder

Opposition leaders in parliament have distanced themselves from accusations by NRM legislators that they had a hand in Col. Ibrahim Abiriga’s death over his support on the controversial constitutional amendment 2017. This as the NRM MPs maintain that the death of Arua Legislature was a political assassination.
