Chief Justice Defies President Directive on Bail

The Judiciary has defied the Presidential directive on bail saying the courts will follow the law that any accused person has a right to bail till proven guilty. T his follows President Museveni’s budget speech in which he asked courts not to grant bail to suspected killers
