Comparing 2018/19 Regional Budgets

At Ksh3.07 trillions an estimated Ushs.90 trillion Uganda shillings, Kenya has read the biggest national budgets for the financial year 2018/19 of regional counterparts Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi who all read their national budgets today as part of a plan that was deemed to cement the EAC regional integration plans. In this piece we look at comparisons of priority sectors and tax plans for the financial year 2018/19.
