Water Scarcity Hits Kabarole

Water scarcity has hit Kabarole district after the prevailing water sources have reportedly been contaminated with fecal matter Most mountainous homesteads in Karangura Sub County which fetch river water down the hilly slopes do not have latrines and practice open defecation which during rainy season end in the river where they fetch water.
