Parliamentary Reshuffle Threatens FDC Unity

The forum for democratic change President Patrick Amuriat Oboi had announced that the changes in the parliamentary appointments would take immediate effect. But according to parliamentary rules of Procedure some of the changes especially in regard to the appointment of committee chairpersons might not be effected soon.
