Government Finally Responds to Kale's Arrest

Government has spoken out on the fate of former IGP general Kale Kayihura saying he will be handled according to laid down procedures befitting of an army general. The prime minister Ruhakana Rugunda was responding to concerns by legislators about the detention of Gen. Kayihura for over 2 months.
