The UPDF has spoken out on why the Kyadondo East Legislator Robert Kyagulanyi was not charged with treason with the court martial preferring the charge of illegal possession of fire arms. According to UPDF spokesperson Richard Karemire, investigations into the Kyagulanyi case did not point to terrorism. Meanwhile the wife of the jailed legislator was today granted access to him at Makindye Military barracks. Sheila Tusiime Mugisha starts us off tonight with that report.
