Meddie Kaggwa Uganda Human Rights Commission Visits Kyagulanyi, Zaake

Uganda Human Rights Commission has described the state of detained Kyadondo east Legislature Robert Kyagulanyi as worrying and needs urgent attention Addressing a press conference at his office, the chairperson of the commission Meddie Kagwa who was speaking shortly after his return from makindye barracks said kyagulanyi has a swollen and bruised body and has difficulties in breathing.
