Dr. Tanga Odoi: Bobi wine isn’t a thug and aggressive as people say he is, he’s very intelligent. We didn’t prepare properly, and we have lost in areas we shouldn’t have lost. It’s the same issue we had in Bugiri, we had a very good candidate. The current dispensation within the secretariat is what will weaken our party.
