“Unfair Tax Regime Suffocating Businesses “

The Private sector foundation wants government to consider putting in place a tax holiday regime for startup businesses, to allow them stabilizes before asking them to pay taxes. Gideon Bagadawa the executive director Private Sector Foundation Uganda says many startup businesses have died out barely before their first birthdays simply because they are chocked by the many taxes which cannot enable them thrive with the little capital investment.
