Uganda Claim UETCL Denied Them Chance to Watch Bobi Wine

The Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited has refuted claims that they deliberately cut off power in most parts of the country, to deny Ugandans chance to watch Kyadondo east legislator Robert kyagulanyi on Voice of America. Power went off last night five minutes into Shaka Ssali’s show where he hosted Robert Kyagulanyi and Uganda’s ambassador to the US. The Power Transmission Company however says the power blackout was due to failure by the five towers that that support Lugogo and vandalism.
