Government Warns EU on Outbursts on Bobi Wine

The government of Uganda this morning delivered an official response to the European Union Parliament asking them to stop meddling in its internal affairs. Government was responding to the recent report of the EU parliament in which they asked government to drop all charges against Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu popularly known as Bobi Wine in addition to conducting an independent investigation into the Arua chaos. Speaking from the Uganda government media centre in Kampala, government spokesman Ofwono Opondo dismissed the demands as motivated by the recent close ties between Uganda and china.
