Museveni Makes Case For Ugandan Scientists

President Yoweri kaguta Museveni has asked members of parliament to raise salaries of Uganda’s specialized doctors to international colleagues. Speaking during the commissioning of the 450 –bed and fully furnished facility in Mulago, the president says the shs 915bn facility should be put to good use.
