60% HIV Increase Among Refugees

The surge in refugees in West Nile has spiraled the HIV/ Aids prevalence to 60%, undoing the major strides against government scores in the fight against the scourge. Gerald Menya, Commissioner in the department of refugees under office of the prime minister says the supply of HIV drugs being a challenge has also worsened the situation.
