8 People Arrested with Elephant Tusks
Police in Fort Portal with help from Natural Resource Conservation Network has arrested 8 people in possession of 20.5kgs of Elephant tusks worth 8.2 million shillings. Those arrested include a UPDF officer who was hired to shoot the elephants.
