Akena's Cousin Arrested over Fatal Accident

Another tragedy for the Kenneth Akena family as police in Kawempe arrest and detain his close relatives  Dr. Latim Ivan and a one OPoka, following a fatal accident where Latim while driving under the influence of alcohol rammed into a house, killing a 3 year old girl and injuring her father. The late night accident in Kawempe, a Kampala suburb involved a Toyota super custom registration number UAZ 922H. The two are relatives to slain Kenneth Akena who was allegedly shot dead by city businessman Kanyamunyu.
