Basalirwa Vows to Drag Attorney General to Court over Kyabazinga Appointment

Constitutional lawyer Asuman Basalilwa has vowed to drag the Attorney General to courts of law for ill advising the President to appoint the Kyabazinga as the ambassador of special duties in the President’s office. Basalilwa says the decision is illegal and unconstitutional.
