Besigye Returns, Denied Clearance

FDC’s Dr. Kiiza Besigye could be in the country but officially he has not returned after he was whisked away by police before going through the immigration process at Entebbe international airport.
According to Besigye, He was arrested upon arrival by Policemen dressed in Civil Aviation Uniform .
