Dr Kizza Besigye Laments Numerous Arrests

Former FDC flag bearer in the 2016 Presidential elections Dr. Kiiza Besigye has lamented the numerous arrests subjected to him, saying they were affecting his life. Dr Besigye was arrested yesterday, less than an hour after a court had dismissed charges of disobeying lawful orders brought to him.
The former FDC leader today reported for the first time before the Criminal Division of the High court in respect of one of his bail terms. He is expected to report to court twice a month.
