Officials from Mulago Hospital have failed to account for money worth billions of shillings which was meant to buy equipments, and instead channeled to workshops and activities that don’t exist or were not conducted.
The failure to account and un coordinated statements forced the Committee t subject the former accounting officer Patrick Isiagi to take oath.
