Former Kenya CJ Mutunga Condemns Manner in which Opposition in Uganda is Treated
Former Kenyan Chief Justice Dr. Willy Mutunga has condemned the manner in which opposition in Uganda is treated. According to Mutunga who served as chief justice for 5 years, there is no freedom of speech and expression in the country and yet there is need to make democratic reforms if the country is to grow politically.
