Frank Gashumba Drags Attorney General to Court

Frank Gashumba’s lawyers have dragged government to court through the office of the attorney general challenging the continued detention of their client and his brother at a security agency, CMI without any charges. The duo’s lawyers of Dennis Nyombi and Co Advocates say such detention without charges is unconstitutional and illegal and are therefore seeking their release.
