HUAWEI Boosts 2016 MTN Marathon

Huawei, one of Uganda’s Information and Communications Technology solutions provider offers 250 million Uganda shillings towards the 2016 MTN Kampala marathon. The marathon this year is aimed at supporting sustainable sanitation in schools around Kampala.
The 2016 Kampala marathon is scheduled 20th this month will have the proceeds used for the construction of bio-toilets with water harvesting facilities and environmental friendly biogas technology.
This is the fifth time Huawei is contributing towards the MTN Marathon and according to Stanley Chyn, the Huawei Managing Director; the company will continue to identify with such causes that support the urban poor communities;
