Human Rights Lawyer Condemns Police for Blocking Religious Leaders at Omusinga's Home

Human rights lawyers have moved to condemn the decision of the Police to bar religious leaders from conducting prayers at the home of Rwanzururu King Charles Wesley Mumbere insisting it creates panic in the public. Lawyer ladislauz Rwakafuzi says such rights can only be barred when a state of emergency has been declared and it’s not at the discretion of desperate to impress officers.
