I Will Not Consult Rubaga South on #AgeLimit, Their Position is Clear -Hon. Kato Lubwama

Hon. Kato Lubwama says he doesn’t need to consult electorates because their position against #AgeLimit removal was made before he was elected. On whether he knows Ugandan Anthem, he responds saying he is a professional musician. Kato Lubwama also responds to why he ran away from parliament during fist fight saying there are no dead heroes and also in a military government you have to sit on the door.
