Jennifer Musisi, Allen Kagina: We Didn't Ask for 6 Billion Handshake

Beneficiaries of the presidential hand shake bonanza including UNRA Boss Allen Kagina, KCCA ED Jennifer Musisi and the former Energy PS Kabagambe Kaliisa have denied ever asking for a reward from President Yoweri Museveni as earlier alleged by the movers of the motion. These say, although President Yoweri Museveni didn’t promise them monetary rewards, he initiated the process of awarding.
These also told the committee that they didn’t know that money was withdrawn from the tax refund account of URA. They appeared before COSASE as Remmy Bahati reports.
