KACITA Tells MPs to Pay Taxes

Kampala City Traders Association (KACITA) says Members of Parliament must share the burden and pay taxes. According to the association chairperson, Everest Kayondo, by refusing to pay taxes, MPs are running away from their obligation.
This follows the second return of the Income Tax Amendment Bill 2016 by President Yoweri Museveni to parliament over the legislators’ taxes;
