Kamya, Lukwago and KCCA Law

The minister for Kampala Capital City Authority, Beti Kamya has called out the ambiguities in the role of the Lord Mayor and Executive Director saying there is need to amend the act if the two offices are to work together. This comes just a day after the KCCA leadership engaged in a bitter exchange at parliament resulting in the Presidential affairs committee chair asking them to leave. But Mayor Erias Lukwago says the law is not the problem but rather a question of personality clashes.
