Minister Matia Kassaijja Defends 6 Billion Handshake

Finance minister Matia Kassaijja has told the committee Investigating the 6 billion presidential hand shake that he overwhelmingly defended the release of the dime. Kassaijja had led a team from ministry of finance to answer the role he played in the controversial famous presidential handshake.
