Minister Muruli Mukasa Caught Up in Land Fraud

The minster for public service Wilson Muluri Mukasa is another high ranking government official implicated in the illegal eviction of 500 families in Hoima district as rush for oil cash by government officials takes center stage. The minister is said to own the land under Ngusi ranchers. These were some of the findings unveiled to Justice Catherine Bamugemereire who has pitched camp in area together with members of her commission.
