MPs Attack Government on LCI Bill

Government has been put on the spotlight for failing to table amendments to pave way for the elections of LC1 due in January 2017. In a plenary session chaired by speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga, the Angry legislators attacked cabinet minister for justice and constitutional affairs Kahinda Otafiire for failing to deliver to their expectations.
