Muhanga Reveals, Tycoon Hassan Basajabalaba in Posession of UBC

Legislator Margaret Muhanga now says harbor group associated with city tycoon Hassan Basajabalaba is in possession of the UBC land title as the parliamentary committee on commissions ,statutory bodies and state enterprises pushes her to deliver the documents.
Speaking to journalists from parliament, muhanga vowed not to let UBC have the land and the money at the same time as she accuses parliament of trying to usurp the powers of the Supreme Court
