New Army Chief Gen. David Muhoozi to Improve Soldiers' Welfare

The welfare of the officers and men in Uniform, especially the Uganda Peoples Defense Forces has always been of concern, with many calling for improved accommodation. According to the newly appointed Chief of Defense Forces General David Muhoozi this is set to change. General Muhoozi tells NBS that improving the soldiers’ welfare especially housing and accommodation, is high on his agenda. Sheila Tusiime Mugisha has more.
