Parliament Adopts Electronic Attendance System

Parliament reinstates its automated clock- in system that has been redundant for two years
The system comes in the wake of concerns over rampant absenteeism by legislators which have affected activities in the House.
But to some legislators, the new system is bound to cause more confusion in the House if no new policies in using the system are considered in the their new parliamentary rules
