Prof Lawrence Mukiibi Returns from a Nairobi Hospital

The state minister for primary education Rosemary Sseninde has lashed out at the Uganda police for failing to enforce discipline on Uganda’s major high ways resulting into uncontrolled road carnage. Sseninde says that police mounts operations inconsistently, something that has increased impunity. Police on the other hand says that it will do everything to make Ugandan roads safer for all Ugandans
This was during the welcome ceremony of Prof. Lawrence Mukiibi, the proprietor of St. Lawrence school who was involved in a car accident on Maska road a few weeks ago. The function which was preceded by a church service was attended by different dignitaries.
