Rules Committee At Cross Roads, MPs Vow Not to Appear

The Rules and Privileges Committee of parliament is expected to start probing 35 legislators who turned the Parliamentary chambers a war zone in September over misconduct. But as they embark on the process of investigations, one wonders whether the committee will deliver to the expectations of the two aggrieved parties.
