Speaker Kadaga Mourns Fallen MP

The speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga has regretted the death of Iganga Woman Member of Parliament Hailat Kaudha Magumba. Kadaga says Parliament has over time called for prioritizing of the health sector to save millions of lives especially expectant mothers but the situation has not changed. The speaker described the passing of the legislator as a great loss to the country.
