Speaker Warns MPs On Indiscipline

Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga defends the extension of tenure of office of both Members of Parliament and Local Council leaders from five to seven years, arguing that it enables political leaders to fulfil their pledge to the electorate.
