Besigye Cleared and Arrested Again

Former Forum for Democratic Change presidential candidate, Rtd Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye was re-arrested Monday morning and detained at Jinja road police station.
Besigye was arrested while on his way from Makindye Magistrate’s court, where a case of disobeying lawful orders against him and Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago had been dismissed.
