There was drama this afternoon at Amazing Grace restaurant along Bombo road after the Police tried to prevent the launch of a book critical of President Yoweri Museveni. Titled; Unsowing the Mustard Seed, the book is authored by Norman Tumuhimbise – the founder of the Jobless Brotherhood movement who is also remembered for throwing yellow painted piglets at parliament two years ago.
The foreword to the controversial book was written by Colonel Samson Mande, a former renegade soldier who recently returned to the country after a Presidential pardon following over a decade in exile. Police maintained the author had not secured permission to launch the book. The manager of the premises maintained that the book had political motives.
