Kiir not Planning on replacing Machar
The south Sudan president General Salva Kiir Mayardit has given Dr.Riek Machar the county’s first vice president a 48 hour ultimatum to return to the capital juba or be replaced.
The South Sudanese Ambassador to Uganda Samuel Luate says this is to ensure implementation of the peace agreement.
