Besigye Accuses Police of Terror

Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye has likened The behavior of Uganda’s police force to a terror group. The opposition strongman was responding to a cruel video on Saturday that went viral of a police truck that run over unidentified resident of Kyebando. The act allegedly happened on the day the former presidential candidate was granted bail.
