Parliament Demands Sam Mugumya

A section of Opposition Members of Parliament, led by Buhwezu county legislator Francis Mwijukye have tasked government to provide a report about the former aide to the former FDC Presidential candidate Rtd.Kizza Besigye, Sam Mugumya. Mugumya is reportedly being detained in the neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo for two years now, without trial. According to the opposition MPs, reports indicate the health status of the FDC stalwart in worrying, and that he has been denied medical attention.
