Investors Urged to Improve Employee Relations

Government is to give investors more time to understand the labour before cracking a whip on companies that are violating the employment Act. State Minister for Labour, employment and Industrial relations Herbert Kabafunzaki, says some investors have no idea about the employment Act, the reason the employee-employer relations keep on deteriorating.
