Government Drafting Policy to Regulate Churches

Government is in final stages of formulating a policy that will streamline and regulate faith-based organizations that are engaging in money making activities. Ethics and Integrity Minister, Fr. Simon Lokodo says government is concerned that some faith-based organization are interested more in making money than evangelizing.
He says there is a lot of extortion and abuse in these organizations and there is an urgent need to arrest the situation
