Israel Mayengo on Ugandan Political Parties

The clammer for the presidency is the reason for Uganda’s political chaos. This is at least according to Israel Mayengo one of the founders of the National Resistance Movement. He argues that doing away with the presidency may be the solution. Speaking to Mable Twegumye Zake on People and Power, the veteran politician also took a jibe at political parties saying none of them can be trusted with the baton.
