Dr Kizza Besigye Sets Conditions for NRM – Opposition Dialogue

Retired Colonel Dr.Kizza Besigye the former FDC presidential flag bearer has tasked the Inter religious council to implement the 4 conditions to have a successful dialogue that has been long sought to the resolve impasse and disagreement between him and president Museveni flared up by the recent elections that he utterly dismissed. This as the Elders forum and IRC are in preparations for a dialogue meeting in October.
