Did Minister Kibule Assault a Guard?

Sections of the public are demanding for an apology and immediate resignation or punishment of the State Minister for Water Resources and MP Mukono North Ronald Kibuule for allegedly assaulting a female security officer at Stanbic Bank in Mukono identified as Hellen Obuk
The move is headed by Women Activists under Uganda Women Network (UWONET).
Others who are up in arms against Kibuule include the head of workers’ union NOTU, Usher Wilson Owere and opposition party FDC among others
