Makindye Court Halts Kayihura Case

Makindye magistrates court has officially halted criminal proceedings against the inspector General of police General Kale Kayihura following a court order that was issued on Friday by the constitutional court pending a hearing of a petition filled by a one Robert Rutaro a private city lawyer.
Makindye Chief Magistrates’ Court formally halted the torture case against the Inspector General of Police, Gen Kale Kayihura.
