Residents of Kanungu district have threatened to re-locate and find other places where they can peacefully settle and start sharing the national cake.
The decision follows delays by government and UNRA to commence the construction of the Rukungiri-Kanungu to Ishasha Border road although funds were secured from the African development bank.
